This is a special type of Collagen, UC-II Collagen, that is well researched.
I've read that, unlike regular collagen peptides that are doses of 10grams, the researched dose of this is often a mere 40mg, and works differently.
I will note, the UC-II Collagen is helpful for specific conditions, or general joint pain, otherwise it won't really do much for regular and general use.
This product does use the right amount of IC-II Collagen and not any less, I just don't recommend taking this product for general health as it may not do much.
I like that it includes Boron glycinate 3.3mg, as that is something I supplement in my stack for a while, for testosterone support and what not.
It's definitely a 5 star product and value, but you have to look for if it's appropriate for your self. (Otherwise, it'll just be an expensive boron supplement. It won't hurt to take though.)
I take it on an empty stomach, it's better without protein meal, so the mechanism of it can work ideally with the body.
Lastly I'll note, this form of collagen is unique that other regular forms of collagen cannot replicate its function or work the same.
